Thankyou for posting about %% though, it made me go and look.
Of my interim (January 19th) goal, I've lost 87.5%.
Of my long range goal, starting from HW to 1lb less than the last I got to, I've lost 71%.
On the other hand, where I get a bit sighing, is that to make the long range goal, I need to lose....(does maths)...Spooky, 71% of what I've lost this year. I am very pleased with what I've lost this year - but to get to the top end of 'normal', I need to do 3/4 of it all over again.
So I hear you when you sigh!
