I've done slim and 6, it's okay for the first little while but I found I got really bored with that one fast, I can't even get myself to pick up the DVD and do it again...A waste of money for the money that was spent for sure.

I have wanted to try Kim's fit in your jeans by friday but never got around to buying it. I'm more happy and entertained with JM and BL dvds.

I did a rotation of Leslie Sansone and Turbo Jam for about a year with great results. Slim in 6 puts me to sleep. I did Burn it Up the other day and still don't care for it. I can do it here and there, but not on a regular basis. My favorite so far is Turbo Fire.

I did 4 weeks of SI6 so far and have not lost weight but I have lost inches (so that means I gained muscle, lost body fat).

I am switching to Turbo Jam now simply because it is funner and I look forward to it.

Editing to add: I still struggle with my eating so I know my results would be rockin' if I had that down!

I lost about 8 lbs in 2 or 3 months when I has doing Turbo Jam (with a few days walk/jogging dispersed in there) just before I got married 3 years ago. I tend to say it was ONLY 8 LBS!!! ... but I guess that's not bad! I'm sure I had some muscle development, too!

I love TJ, hoping to progress to TurboFIRE soon!

Hope that helps!

I lost 12 lbs in a month using Turbo Jam a while back. I enjoyed. Lots of fun. I am far more entertained with JM and BL tho. I just love some Bob n Jill.

Slim in 6 bored me to tears so I didn't get very far into that program

Years ago I got great results with the Firm. Now i absolutely love Turbo Jam. I just saw the infomercial for the new Turbo workouts so i'm going to try those. Running has also worked too.
