I'm in! I like the challenge of reporting in every week! All my others end at Xmas or end of year, so it'll be good to have a challenge that overlaps them, so I don't get off track...

12/18/10: 241 (25lb to go! Ack!)
12/25/10: 239 (23lb to go!)

01/22/11: 233! (17lb to go!) Not gonna make the 216lb goal, but I realized that wasn't gonna happen back in December!! My new VDay goal is 225.
