I always hope people understand it's not 'ya ya, in your face' boasting, rather it's rejoicing, and I don't have anyone in the Real World that I'm sharing my weightloss with.
Anyhoo: today 166.5. A. Maze. Ing.
In 12.8oz time, I'll have lost 50lbs in 6 months. I'll take that!

This is most definitely boast worthy news! And hey, isn't this EXACTLY the place to do it?
It's wonderful having a place to whine and moan when need be, ask for advice at other times, and to share our accomplishments as well.
In fact it's probably even more important to share the good news, so that others will see it, hear that excitement and joy and then they too can know that it's possible and perhaps, just maybe maybe it will propel them to make the change.
