Default Sweet Potatoes

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

I'm making sweet potatoes and a crustless pumpkin pie and am curious how many points are in one cup of mashed sweet potatoes. I'm only adding a little Splenda and Smart Balance Spread.

How much SmartBalance Spread? A cup of sweet potatoes is a lot when mashed.

It's 2 points per TBSP, I was going to portion mine out seperately and add half a TBSP =D

1 cup of sweet potatoes (not counting anything added) are 3 points. So probably 5-6 then with what you're adding to it I think.

The WW Points Tracker lists 1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes as 4 points. If you have 1 cup of cut up sweet potato chunks (there would be some air in the cup) its 3 points.
