Default Night sweats AFTER weight loss?

I had the most awful night sweats last night, totally drenching my night shirt and sheets to the point of having to change them. Yuck. I had these on occasion when I was fat and figured, well, I was fat. Have any you had them post weight loss?

I'm 36...not ready for menopause yet. I don't think. LOL!

I get them at times Eliana, but I think it's more linked to my cycle than the weight loss. Tends to happen just before TOM arrives it seems, I have trouble sleeping and have night sweats for a few nights.
Apart from that, since the weight loss, I'm COLD!!!!

I had the cold thing going on for a while too, but now I think I'm cold like everyone else because it's in the low 40's outside. I noticed that this week I can go in and out of the gym in just a sweatshirt when it's 35 degrees outside and I feel refreshed. Inside my fairly cold house I'm good with a light sweater.

TOM was last week, so it's not that. It's rather irregular though due to PCOS. My lovely doctor diagnosed me with early menopause at age 30. Idiot. It was PCOS. But now? I really have no symptoms of it anymore aside from irregular TOMs of between 28 and 40 days. That's not so bad considering it wasn't unusual to go 4-9 months.
