Hi everyone,
I'm new here but if there's any forum I fit in on, it's this one. I'll be honest I tend to get a little OCD with the calorie counting, but I'm good at it and just ened to focus on maintaining a well balanced diet to kill these last 15 pounds. I look forward to chatting with each of you!
I'm 5'3, currently 134lbs looking to get below 120 - 118 or 119 ish. What calorie intake would you recommend starting at? I exercise 3 or 4 times a week but not particularly vigorously.
From your experiences how much could you consume and still lose?
