After losing 20 lbs, I dyed my hair!
And I chose the color red!
I went from blonde to a redhead.
I absolutely love it- especially in
the sun. I did this for myself after
losing a total of 20lbs (163 to 143lbs).
What do you think?
First two photos are of me with the
red hair and the last photo is me
when I had my natural blonde hair.
Sorry I don't have any better photos
of me with my red hair. I just dyed it
today and snapped a couple quick pics.

Thanks!
It's very hard to see in
photos that it's red
not brown.

I love that shade of red! What's it called? I used to LOVE being a redhead but I went through stages of growing my hair to my waist and then chopping it to let my natural color come through... I'll probably get myself some cute highlights after I reach halfway point. Who knows, maybe when I'm at goal and have more energy and actually WANT to look great I'll rejoin you in the redworld! Enjoy it! IT looks great.

nice red it really suits you! You always look sooo great in your pictures (:
I've been contemplating going red (but the light strawberry red instead of auburn) once i lose weight, or being completely crazy and chopping off most of my hair and dying it black ala the neon flux chicka. Good thing there'll be enough time between now and then to talk myself out of it!

Ohhh I like the red. You have the right complexion to pull it off.

My hair is colored medium auburn. I use L'oreal Superior Preference #5MB Medium Auburn and I LOVE it but....red is famous for quickly fading. I've learned I can not wash my hair everyday (which I am STILL trying to get used to!). Tresseme' Fresh Start dry shampoo as well as their spray in refresher have become my friends..lol. When I do wash, I use Quantum Riveting Reds shampoo & conditioner which are color depositing and help the color stay red longer. And of course, moroccan oil, couldn't be without that!

i soo want to do this too! or highlights. either with a new cut. i have very oily hair, so coloring it could help dry out roots. normally, with natural hair, i have to wash my hair every other often, sometimes more.
it's so fun to change our look! so happy for you

Cute! I've been dyeing my hair red for years. I love red, but it is the hardest color to maintain, sadly.
