Tough to estimate the amount, isn't it? I typically assume 6-8oz chicken for a restaurant serving. If it is boneless/skinless, that is around:
165 cal (6 oz)
3.5g fat
35g protein
220 cal (8 oz)
5g fat
46g protein
I took this from Tyson. I tend to estimate higher serving sizes for restaurants to account for hidden calories from fat. A serving - which is around 4oz - is typically the size of your palm. Of course if it is diced up, well, you can always ask the wait person how much chicken is on the salad. They might know, depending on the restaurant.
