Default Do I go back to yellow or blue menu?

I've been off program for about 1 month due to surgery and various other life issues. I've gained back 5 pounds and want to get back on track. Should I start over with the yellow and blue menu (days 1-10) or just get back on green menu? I know I could ask my center but I don't want to go in to weigh just yet. Silly I know, but I worry it could freak me out because of the 5 pound gain.

Thanks for your help! I hope you all are enjoying a wonderful day!

For me the yellow and blue kicked my butt and my center knew that so they let me start with green, it was really better that way because if they said start with yellow I was going to cry! Its all about getting you back into a burn.
