Default Staying on track on weekends

Hi ladies!

I do great all week. Rock solid. But the last piece of this puzzle for me are the weekends. I fall off, diet is the biggest falling off point. Any advice for staying on track weekends?

What's the difference for you? I am a SAHM, so every day is pretty much the same, with a few different activities and DH thrown in on weekends.

Do you pack a lunch and snacks and take them to work during the week? If so, I"d do the same thing for home for weekends.

Meeee too. I fall apart on the weekends. I'm guessing I may be "too strict" during the week and I feel like I owe it to myself or something...

You maybe on to something. I do the same thing! I'll have to try to move cheat meal to a weekday as well as treat for the week during the week.

what about realizing the very sobering, and true fact that an entire WEEK of good can be completely undone by your actions on the weekend, and it really doesnt take much at all!

I, too, have problems on the weekends. My main problem is going out with friends which always involves copious amounts of alcohol and bad food. For the time being my solution is staying away. I know that it can't work long term if I still want to have somewhat of a social life but I hoping by staying away for a bit I can ingrain these healthy habits I am working so hard on. Or find friends that don't spend the weekends at the local pub...

Aside from the going out I tend to have a hard time staying on track with my meal times. During the week I eat breakfast and lunch at work, pretty much the same thing at the same time. This weekend I am going to work on getting more into a routine...
