People around 63-64kg, how much are you eating?
I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough or if I'm dead on or if I'm eating too much. I know everyone is different but I was wondering if I could get some input from people anyway. I'm about 5'5'', currently bouncing between 63.7 and 63.3kg. I exercise 6 times a week at the moment- about 2 x 45mins cardio (usually running, I do around 5.5km a pop), one 30 min cardio and 30 min PT which combines cardio and weight training usually, 1 weight training, and two martial arts classes (which are fairly light in terms of exercise). I'm eating between 1200 and 1350 cals a day. What do you guys think? Lately I've been feeling a bit deprived but I dont know if thats just me or whether its really deprivation.
