I don't have the wave but have all of their other products.....The Fanny Lifter, Transfirmer, Body Bar etc......
I heard from many boards that the Wave wasn't as good as their other products. I have found that their workouts have gone down on effectiveness with the new "Pink Box" editions. Just my thoughts.....
I guess it depends on what you are looking for in a workout but there are some great DVD's out there. Check out Collage Video and you will have tons to choose from.

I bought the Wave. Didn't like it. I traded someone for their Transfirmer. If yu can find one of those, it's better. The Wave slides when you're on it, isn't as effective, and IMO is a little unsafe. My shoes would slide off it. Not the best design. I really like the Transfirmer.
Has anyone tried the FIRM Wave?
