Default Natural and health food restaurants

Living in LA I have seen many healthy natural food cafes. Looking at this one for a meal one day this week but many menu items seems very high calorie becuase of cheeses and oils etc.

What would you do in a situation like this? I want to enjoy a good meal from this place, and not worry about the calories:

I'm curious what you decided on. The two most attractive options to me would be the Smoked Salmon Plate or the Farmer's Salad.

I went with the Cuban bowl: black beans, rice, fried plantains, cucumber, tomato, salsa, onion and a dab of sour cream. I left about 1/3 of the rice and beans. That shouldn't have been over 5-600 calories, I'm guessing, right? It was amazing though!
