Default Sometimes we all just need a little reassurance (NSV)

I started on my weight loss journey about 8 weeks ago, and I've recently been quite frustrated... my scale seems determined to stay in the same place and my clothes don't seem to fit much differently (and it's pretty early in my weight loss journey for stalls, as far as I'm concerned).

But....and this is a big BUTTTT - There's a trail near me that goes up over a couple fairly steep hills. When I first started on the trail, I'd have to stop about 12-15 times to catch my breath and give my legs a break. I haven't tried the trail in about a month, but I have been going to the gym. This morning, I only needed to stop 3 times on the trail, and when I finished, I still had energy and couldn't stop smiling

So, I'm telling myself that eventually the scale will move and my clothes will get too big, but in the meantime, at least I know that I'm definitely getting healthier

Looks to me like you're getting scale victories and NSV as well. Looks like you're losing at the same rate that I did, and I promise you those numbers will add up!
