Give it time. Especially if you've been adding excersise. You'll retain water like nobody's business if you aren't used to moving.

I just got over a MONTH of a plateau. I've lost 6 pounds in a week and I haven't done anything different. It ebbs and flows and you just have to wait for it because weight loss not linear.

Double check that you're tracking EVERYTHING, even butter and jam, and make sure you're measuring portions. Other than that, just wait. That's the best advice.

You're doing great, just let it have time!

Hi Lucky8,
Don't get discourage. I have done ww in the past and not lost but it seems to be working for me this time. You may not be eating enough. This time I have been eating all of my daily and weekly points and have lost about 12 pounds in 10 weeks. I have not added exercise yet but since you are you may need to eat your weekly points. Just a thought and good luck ; )

you could try w/o that rev up the metabolism afterward. plyo, hiit, strength training. all can be very fast. can do a really intense w/o in 20-30 min or less if your body is ready for that.
or you could be measuring portions incorrectly, but i guess you're doing fine on that.

also, sometimes we lose inches but not on the scale. have you measured?
