Its been a while since ive been on.. i have changed my eating habit a little bit and my activity level.. im eating a little healthier and im actually moving around more at home instead of just at work. so im feeling good. i weigh myself on the 14th of every month just to meet my 40 lbs weight loss goal on November 14th 2011. im still having problems with binging but it only happends when the end of the month comes.. idk why but i noticed that. i crave grease i noticed and im trying to stay away from it only eating veggies and rice.. a little bit of white meat fish and red meat once a weak
