Do you think I should move onto OWL after 1 week of Induction? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

When I started here, the Atkins site itself recommended I start with OWL as I only had 19 lbs left to lose to get to goal of 140. My weight has been stubborn with me so I chose to start induction first because I know Pre maintenance is when you have 10lbs left to lose. (I was losing at a rate of 2-5 lbs a month before Atkins)

It's been one week and I've gone from 159.6 or so to 153.8.

I'm scared that if I stay on induction too long, I won't have time to do OWL and then Pre maintenance properlly and I'll just shock my system with rapid weight loss (I need to slow it down as I'm nearing maintenance). I don't want to gain the weight back and I want to do this right.

Now reading what I have written, I think this would be a appropriate time to move ahead but I just wanted your guys opinions

I would say if you feel this is what you need to do then do it

I'm going to do it. I'm confident with my progress, and I doubt I will get cravings if I start off with adding in nuts, then berries.

I've done a lot of reading today and I'm mentally prepariing myself for what's next

I don't know why I ask when I make such a convincing argument to myself to just do it, haha.
