I changed my stats back in July, then the beginning of August, and since then I've been hovering up 2, down 2, up 3, down 3 over and over and over. Frustrating much??
Today I'm down to 206.5!
Keep trucking, keep working your plan, eventually that darn scale HAS to move.
I've been swinging between 235.4 and 236.4 for the last 3 weeks. This morning I woke up (and weighed in and hour early) and was down to 234.6! I know how you feel!
