Default does sugar free benefiber work just as well as metamucil?
I just bought benefiber yesterday and all the threads I've read so far are saying metamucil. Is it all pretty much the same? Thanks!!

I think it is. I like it better then metamucil because it dissolves easily and can add it to just about everything. But others will probably have a definate idea.

I use sugar free fiber choice (because it's by far the cheapest) and it works very well. The chewable tablets taste pretty good, too.

I haven't needed it since I've added chia seeds to my diet, though.
