I am trying to think of something to go with dinner tonight. I am having plain shrimp with cocktail sauce, and my husband is going to have popcorn shrimp (the frozen kind you bake). What would you serve that is low calorie for me, but not "diet food" for him?
I love making a good veggie stir fry to go with my shrimp. I just buy the bags of frozen stir fry veggies and heat them up either in a pan with cooking spray or in the microwave. I add a little stir fry sauce and voila! Of course, your husband might find that diet food. I think the baked potato idea is great. Buy some fat free shredded cheese and sour cream and make it a loaded one! You can even at broccoli for some vegg.
