I am on the Atkins. This my second time (1st time lost 60lbs in 3 months THEN ate everything NOT GOOD for me )
Anyways, so this time (hopefully the LAST), eventhough on Atkins I am keeping my calories in the 1600 to 1500 range, PLUS portion control. I walk at least 2 miles a day and have recently started walking 5 miles on Sat. Sundays is a flip of the coin (depending on what my feet say lol) I also use light weights every other day for toning. Thanks to some WONDERFUL advice of so many here regarding 1.) upping my caloric intake a bit, 2.) cutting out onions & 3.) just switching my routine around a little , I got out of an aggrevating stall. So I'm LOVIN' my new chick friends!

That's fantastic! Congrats, you must be feeling great!

BTW, could you let me know what's the scoop on the onions (I'm still learning about different foods)? Thanks!

Well, there is a thread on the Atkins group here that raised a question about which onions were better for you (as it pertains to the Atkins diet). Well, I LOVE onions of every kind and flavor 99% of my food with it. I was going through a stall when I read a thread regarding onioins. One of the chicks posting wrote that they make her stall ..... so I was like hmmmmmmm. I stopped the onions and the weight started dropping! I can't say 100% that was the sole reason why I came off of the stall. Truthfully, I think it was a combo of the several little pieces of advice I picked up. Hope this is helpful
