Default Gazelle Freestyle

What does everyone think of this? Has anyone on here used it and got results of any kind? I've had mine for a while now- just been using it steady for the past two weeks. I think a start on something is better than nothing, so this is it lol. I have a ton of workout stuff, but this is my beginning and hopefully will build up the motivation to use some of the bigger stuff (i.e my bowflex, stepper). In the last two weeks my endurance certainly has built up on it (yay!) How about for anyone else? What were your results? Do you still use it? Do/did you like it/hate it? Anything????

i gave mine to the thrift store, i found it to be a waste of time and money. i could be on the gazelle for a hour and my heartrate would stay the same. not much of a work out in my opinion. when i got rid of the gazelle i bought p90x, now thats a good workout

I have one, it works for me because with my knee injury I can't use treadmill yet. Any exercise is better than none.

I do agree that as long as you can get your heart rate up and your body moving, it could be a great way to start out. I haven't used one before though. Your endurance improving shows the work you've done though!

Best of luck!

I used it for a little while at the beginning, but also gave mine to the thrift store. I'd rather have a Nordic Track for that sort of motion.

It seems to get my heartrate up. I really move on it though- and I bet I'm really out of shape lol. Has anyone had any great positives on/with it?

I have one, and I really enjoy using it. I would work out on it for 30 minutes while watching TV, and I found that I got a great workout. It also helped me lose a ton of baby weight, and really tone up. So I really recommend the Gazelle!

That's really good to hear! I don't let the speed thingy dip below 7- that's how I mostly keep track of things on it, because below that and I don't seem to really break out in a sweat. I keep track of the speed for that purpose and the timer is great. I go between 45 minutes to an hour on it a day. Somedays I have to break up that time into two increments because of my little ones, but hey at least it's something!!
