Default flabby skin?

So I have an F size chest and I plan to lose about 60 lbs, I don't want to have the flabby arms or saggy chest though. Is there any thing I can use at the start to make my skin tighten with the weight loss?

Slow and steady weight loss gives your skin a chance to adjust naturally as you lose weight.
Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin hydrated and 'flexible'.
Resistance training to build new/stronger muscle, and toning exercises will also help.

wow thanks a lot! I was starting to wonder if I should just slather myself with lotion. Then I remembered Silence of The Lambs though, "it puts the lotion on its skin!"
