Default Dizziness

I've experienced dizziness the last two times I worked out. I have been working out a lot for the last two years so exercise is not new. I got dizzy first doing box jumps and thought I hadn't eaten enough before working out. Today it happened again while hopping across the room. Seems like both times involved an up and down movement. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

A few years ago I had waves of dizziness that primarily hit me when I'd recline on a weight bench to do bench presses or whatever- turned out I had a viral inner ear infection. The doc couldn't do anything for me (because it was viral) and it just had to run it's course.

Perhaps you have something like that?

Are you staying hydrated while you're working out? Sometimes that's an easy thing to overlook...
