I am not a big fan of excercising, but I need to get moving. I used to be pretty active, but after a few knee surguries, it was harder and harder to get out and back into it. I just find it boring and I have such a short attention span.

All you need is to put one foot in front of the other, get out the door and go walking, or put some good music on and dance... It doesn't take much to start but but you need to do something... One step at a time...

There are many a accountabilty threads on the site, find one you feel comfortable with, join and you'll get feeling better in no time...
