1 small pkg. of sugar-free strawberry banana Jell-O (or your favorite. Sugar-free Flavor)
1 small (about 1-cup) can crushed pineapple in natural juice no sugar added
1 cup ice
1 ½ cup small curd low-fat cottage cheese
Cook pineapple and dry Jell-O together until boiling – remove from heat – cool a few minutes. Add ice – stir until melted. Pour into refrigerator bowl with cottage cheese. Stir – then cover and allow to chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
