My life is crazy...always has been, probably always will be, but I love it and it's mine.

So I have finally unpacked and have a somewhat back to normal routine. Now it is time to pick up the running again.

My question is what do you listen to when you workout?

I've been posting my playlists in this thread. Check it out...lots of choices!

I like all the songs you listed but I haven't used them in a playlist...yet. Every time I hear "Paralyzer" on the radio I think about what an awesome running some it would be!
