back after a week
So i decided to stop calorie counting for about 2 weeks to do phase 1 of sb (no carbs,no fruit, no sugar). well i finished 4 days and im back already. It made me so sick (constipated) that I cant even finish. Plus im so sick of meat, and cheese. Calorie countings a little slower for weight loss but i think ill take that to be able to enjoy my food.
