This is going to be my second time loosing the weight, but this time I'm keeping it off..this is going to be my way of life and not a diet...i weighed in at 155lbs and have lost 5lbs..which really motivates me to keep going...im feeling great and enthusiastic about not just loosing the weight but getting my confidence back and learning to love myself again....I'm not counting calories, I watch my portions and eat lots and lots of veggies and fruit and try to eat organic food vs processed food...
