Default First day on...
So today is the first day of change for me. And I decided to be creative. I love gaming so today, instead of being a couch potato, I took out my old aerobic bench, grabbed a controller, and worked out while playing. I must say it worked like charm.

Also, I went back to the gym today. Worked out for another hour. Ate only two sandwiches and some bourbon chicken, and drank lots of cold water.

I wonder how long I'll last...

you would last as long as you decide to last ! don't wait for YOU TO FAIL' ~ think positive. think that if you could do it today, you could definitely do it tomorrow and so on..
