I have the 3 and 4 mile express walk DVD which I use on the days it's just too darn hot to walk outside.

These ladies are wearing camis to work out in. The only ones I ever find in the stores have shelf bra only but some of these ladies have pretty good size "girls" and aren't flopping all over the place. Any ideas on brand or where they've found camis with built in REAL support?

I love climbing bras (they look like camis) from StoneWear designs. I am a 34 D and have been a DD at some points, and these things WORK. They are meant for rock climbing, but I run in them all the time (just came back from a 5 mile run in one!)

The only thing I don't like to do in them is yoga - when I bend over I show cleavage, and I am just not big on that.

Check them out - not the cheapest, but the ones I have had, I've probably had for over 5 years and they are still holding up. I machine wash and hang dry. You can sometimes find them at REI too. I have picked up similar looking ones at Kmart and they do not support the same at all! Plus, these look super cute with shorts on a hot day.

Note they have regular shirts mixed in, make sure the ones you click on say built in bra. Mainly the cami looking ones.
