I'm right there with ya
I'd like to be down to 200lbs by first term at college, 1st of September :/ it's a long shot but with serious exercise I think I can do it
and it'd be nice to have people to do it with so I'm so in
I set up a new regime last night, it goes,
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - one hour at the gym
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - 6am walk for 1 hour, 50crunches, 50 leg lifts, 50 push ups (spreadout throughout the day)
