So I have been walking 2 miles in the morning, 5 days out of the week, and doing pilates 3 days. I had already done my walking yesterday but I didn't do my pilates before going to bed ( I was so tired =( ) I woke up this morning now and I cannot bend my knee, it hurts soooooo bad and I have no idea what I did to it! I am just going to have to ice it til it goes down it is a bit swollen but I don't see myself exercising til it does go down
