Default A bump in the road

So I have been walking 2 miles in the morning, 5 days out of the week, and doing pilates 3 days. I had already done my walking yesterday but I didn't do my pilates before going to bed ( I was so tired =( ) I woke up this morning now and I cannot bend my knee, it hurts soooooo bad and I have no idea what I did to it! I am just going to have to ice it til it goes down it is a bit swollen but I don't see myself exercising til it does go down

whenever I have a little something pop up like that, I always opt for the pool. The zero impact should help a lot. For me, it's not pleasant and I personally can't get an amazing workout in the pool but it definitely burns some calories!

if it wasn't raining today i would totally be out there, thanks i will def do it tomorrow, never thought of it =)
