Dr Oz, Gilad and Shimmy
Hello Peeps,
I'm new and left a long intro in the intro section, but I'd like to jump right in on the exercise forum.
Anyone using Shimmy - the Canadian belly dancing TV show to exercise with?
How about the Israeli Stud Muffin, Gilad and his slow burn pilates to cardio style?
Walking? Dr Oz style counting those steps (they equal 5 miles a day in my world).
I'm asking because these are the changes I want to incorporate into my life - today being the first day of the rest of it - and I'm looking for someone who's knowledgeable and sympathectic to these styles.
The walking worked well for me in the past, but I live in the desert and it's not the season. Gilad seems like he might have something going on besides the best looking butt I've ever seen (really! you can't even call those buns) and I can do it in my air conditioned home.
