Here's what I came up with for final team assignments. The trio that we had did get split up into duos as we had another person join - yay!

I tried to keep people in the same weight category. For me, it would be terribly intimidating (with 40lbs to loose) to be teamed up with someone with 15lbs to loose. Let me know if I goofed up...I am a bit silly sometimes!!

There will be a thread titled "Biggest Loser III Weigh In" where you post your weight.

If you don't weigh in for 2 weeks in a row, I will assume that you weren't a fan of the challenge and will take your name off the roster. That leftover team member can choose to partner up with someone, or go it alone.

Please post your weight on Monday or Tuesday if you can. And try to post like this for ease of record keeping:

last weeks weight / loss / this weeks weight = 177 / -1.5 / 175.5
