Post July 4th prep with a Fruit and Veggie Feast

I saw a post for a Fruit and Veggie Feast and thought what a great way to prep for the 4th and BBQ and buttery corn on the cob...etc.

My question is this...when they say eat all you want as long as it is fruit and veg...does that mean you don't keep track of calories at all? Can you use dressing on a salad? Are there any rules/regulations for this feast?

Do the feast the way you want - personally I eat all fruits and veggies with little to no dressing, butter, fats or oils and take a much needed BREAK from the calorie counting for ONE blessed day. Use basil, oregano, garlic, crushed red pepper, onion powder and a teensy bit of salt to flavor your veggies.

It helps me...

Thank you. Not trying to be a kiss-up, but you are so helpful to me. I have read so many posts that you have started or commented on and you always seem to know just what to say in them. Thanks so much!

I think there are few things more delicious than vegetables cooked on a charcoal or gas grill. What a fantastic day for it, too! I cut thick slices of squash, zucchini, eggplant, red bell peppers, onions, etc. Asparagus is also fantastic on the grill. Sounds like a feast to me!
