Boy, CAN i tell a difference.
I know i'm doing something right. My abdomen is majorly shrinking, and my curves are getting more smoothed out. Still in the 180s though. Share your frustration about watching your body transform but your weight SLOWLY dropping!

I just tried on all the dresses in my closet and I can see a difference in where all the little bulges used to be...not so much any more! YAY for changes.

I feel the same way. I'm seeing a big difference in the way my body looks but the scale barely moves. I'm sure in time the scale will catch up but sometimes it's very frustration. As long as I'm seeing changes I'm very happy and know I'm moving in the right direction.

I'm just starting to see differences and the scales moved a ton! I think that's because the first few pounds were diet alone and I started working out two months ago.
But I do notice that things are less 'bulgey' and 'bumpy'. Like my body has a nicer format, haha.

I put my hands on my hips the other night, and my hips weren't where they used to be! They have shrunk 4 1/2" in the past two months, and I am really excited! It doesn't seem like I have lost a lot of weight but my body is changing for sure!

I feel like I'm walking taller from exercising, my tummy is smoother in my clothes, and my curves are more pronounced!! I'm taking my measurements, and they are shrinking, but the scale is not! I want it to go down too!!

I'm pretty happy with how my body is shaping. I have some small issues with loose skin around my lower abdomen and arms, but overall I'm happy. I think I have good days and bad days like everyone does...I have to keep telling myself that change isn't going to happen over night. I still have 45lbs to lose and only time will tell how I will look when I reach my goal.

I see the changes in my waste and back, but not in the hips and thighs yet, which is frustrating because that's where I want to see it. I know its going to take a long time to get there. Friends see it in my face and neck.

my legs have definitely slimmed down, and my butt is more shapely. Today someone mentioned how much weight i've lost, and told me congrats for reaching my goal ( i haven't) and that my body was perfect. it was a great self-esteem booster.

oh yeah, it feels really good when others notice it too. Thankfully they notice it AND don't know the number on the scale. Some of them are quite shocked by that number. I'm like--yeah I'm heavier than i look--always have been.

yeah, beach patrol that is another important insight. Your body is using the time to adjust MAJOR problems within the system: Hyperlipidemia, toxins, built up hormones, lymph drainage, blood sugar malfunctions...all of that takes energy...so you could be at a STAND still weight wise, and your body is still doing amazing things because you are taking GOOD CARE of it.

That's EXACTLY what I keep telling myself! - believe me... it's hard! - this plateau has been dragging on for MONTHS now, and I've tried sooo many things to get the weight loss moving again! - it's SO frustrating! - But I just keep reminding myself of THE GOOD I'm doing for my body, even if the scale is being a complete nincompoop!!!

Honestly I couldn't care less what my scale says but how i LOOK and how I FEEL are how I measure my success...If I were to go down 2 sizes and still weigh exactly the same as I do now it wouldn't matter one bit!

I tried on this Affliction dress I bought (I bought it small on purpose because I knew I didn't want to spend $100+ on a dress and then have it sit in my closet for years) and when I tried it on it FIT! It fit SO well too, I wasn't suffocating or anything. I can tell I've lost weight because everything is getting big but I still have a dumb pudge stomach. I know you can't help where you gain or lose but it's really aggravating me that I have this pouch I can't get rid of. I wish I would lose my stomach and my chipmunk face.
