Default oh the tempation!!!

its my baby sisters birthday today.. and there is so much food flying aroud! sweets cakes sandwichies pop crisps ect.. i have been alittle naughty and had half a sandwich an a sausage roll.. eeeek.. im trying my hardest not to eat any of it!... but this is the bigest test ive had in ages! wish me luck!

thank you! I was really good yay! I did have a little nibbl but stayed in my cal in take for the day.. Didnt even have birthday cake! Feel really good now.. Thank you ur prayer must of worked xx

yay! Good job. I have had 3 weddings in a couple of weeks (which also means 3 showers) and I allow myself 3 bites of cake at each one. So far, so good.

thank you *jumps up an down with happiness" more temptations tho!.. partner went shopping yesterday and brought back.. 3 boxs of chocolates!! not one but 3!... because they where on offer, also wanted a takeaway tonight (Indian) so told him he could have want he likes .. i opt for the healthy-ish an had a veg curry witch kept me in my target..only 350cals whooop...
countryhomeschoolin well done just got to keep reminding ourself why we are doing this an is it really worth having a taste of something thats going to make us feel worse after?.. thats what i keep sayin ... everytime i see those box of lindor chocks.. *thinks to self no dont do it*
