This must be true! The day I burned 1,400 calories, I added 10 activity points to my day. I did it 3 times last week and added 5 points on the days I didn't add running to my workout and I lost 5 pounds.
I also used about 20 flex points. Oh, I was also on my period! The key for me was to not waste my extra points on junk food, which I normally would have done, and to drink tons of water. We'll see how this week goes.
I should say that while I added all those activity points, I didn't necessarily use them all. Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn't. Looking back at last week's log, my week looked a lot like the Wendie plan where you vary your points from day to day to keep your body guessing. I wonder if that's a big reason my weight drop was so significant.
