Default NSV—No more back pain!!!
I noticed this week that my back doesn't hurt anymore! I'm assuming it's because of the weight loss. For a while there, I had had to sleep on my side because sleeping on my back hurt, and I would always wake up with really bad lower-back pain.

The moment I really noticed it was when I had driven about 6 hours and got out at a gas station. In December, I made the same trip I made Saturday, and I had to use a lumbar pillow and my back STILL killed me. This time, no pain!!!

I really hated the back pain not because of the pain itself but because I'm 22 and I couldn't stand the thought of already deteriorating.

I feel so much better

YAY!!! CONGRATS ON NO MORE BACK PAIN!!!! I haven't really had any back pain either since I dropped the weight. Doesn't it feel so good? That back pain can really stop life for you.
