Default Upper Body training ideas

I've been challenged to find some workouts for the upper body for my workout team. (there are three of us that meet in the mornings to workout together). I need supersets or cardio sets. But something geared towards upper body that also incorporates cardio.

I'm thinking something along the lines of a rotational between bicep curls, pull ups, tricep dips with jumping rope and spinning bike sprints in between sets.

I've love some other input and ideas.

Push ups! Also, boxing drills are great for cardio utilizing the upper body. I love 'em

Forgot to mention - we end our workouts with pushups and situps.

Yeah I'd say focus on the body weight style exercises such as pullups, pushups, tricep dips and I'd nix bicep curls. I'd also recommend some burpees as those kicked my butt yesterday.
