Hello, I'm Rhonda : ) Someone suggested I find a support area since I am so new here. Hopefully I'm in the right place! This forum is for 30ish year olds right lol

Hi Rhonda....Welcome!

I just reached 30 and creeping up on 30-ish...No kids...Business owner and crafter. I NEED to lose weight...all the help I can get and I will use it.

I have Spina Bifida....So the pain prevents me from doing quite a bit. I went to my neurologist (very first appt...never met her before) and she had the nerve to get on my a$$ about how I should stop eating chips, cookies, fried foods, sodas and that I needed to lose wieght...well no sh!t Capt Obvious....OMG...I completely snapped...I gave her a rundown of what I eat and my boyfriend started laughing.

I hate it when some people just assume because you are overweight you have no self control.

oops...sorry, that was my little vent for the day. lol
