Default Smoothie Time!

Happy Summer!
I was just wondering what are some of everyone's favorite ideas for smoothies. So far, I've made just the shakes but I was wondering what are some special smoothies that others might make when the weather starts getting hotter.

Mine comes from the cookbook
1 vanilla meal replacement shake (I use the powder one)
1 Orange concentrate HNS
12 oz diet tangerine sode (I use diet orange)
Ice and water to taste.

Blend the crud out of it. let it sit for a bit (it's very fizzie). They call it a creamsicle - I call it heaven! It does replace one meal and a clear HNS.

I have this every morning for breakfast - keeps you full:

3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup ice
fresh strawberries
1 fresh banana
1 scoop designer whey chocolate protein powder

I have a questions about the whey protein powder. Do you count that as a clear or a creamy?
The recipe looks great.

MY FAVORITE! Been doing this everyday for lunch lately:
Based on your menu:
Mixed fresh berries ( Strawberry, blackberries, raspberry, blueberries)
Lemon HNS
1 cup Ice
1/4 - 1/2 c Diet Cherry 7-up ( give or take for consistency)

I bought a smoothie maker that crushes the ice perfectl! Back to Basics from Walmart.
ADDICTED to it.....YUMMY.
