Default Blue Team Nutritional Journal Week 4(06/21-06/27)

Nutritional Journal

This is the format for the Nutrition Journal for those who wish to utilize it. You could also add total calories for the day to the bottom of each day (if you are a calorie counter) or points (Weight Watchers), or just simply POP (perfectly on plan) ... whatever works for you ...
Just cut and paste into your own post and return each day to EDIT (update) that same post, please do not repost for each day.. Thank You!!

Lunch - chicken teriyaki w/ brown rice and green beans (378 c.)
Supper - sardines, rustic bread, cucumber salad (290 c.)
Snacks (am/pm) - annie's bunny grahams, strawberry/blueberry/yogurt smoothie, english muffin w/ peanut butter, ice cream(610 c.)

Tuesday
Breakfast - Oatmeal w/ blueberries and walnuts. Orange juice spritzer. (337 c.)
Lunch - Sweet potato and leeks casserole (502 c.)
Supper - Spicy tuna roll (420 c.)
Snacks (am/pm) - banana, bunny grahams (300 c.)

Wednesday
Breakfast - Onion bagel w/ light veggie cream cheese (400 c.)
Lunch - pad thai (470 c.)
Supper - Sweet potato and leeks casserole (381 c.)
