Default Red Team BP Last Chance Workout Week 4 (6/21-6/27)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s get busy!!

Monday- 4 hrs of kinder storytelling- yes, I count this because its 4 hours of running, jumping, and being crazy!, 30 minute walk to school and home, 30 minute WATP ab video
Tuesday- 15 minute walk to work, 2 hours of kinder storytelling, 30 minute WATP video
Wednesday- 30 minute walk to school and home, 2 hours of kinder storytelling, 30 minute WATP ab video
Thursday- 30 minute walk to school and home, 30 minute WATP ab video
Friday- 15 minute walk to work, 2 hours of kinder storytelling
Saturday-Packing and cleaning day (Vigorious house work)
Sunday-Rest day

Monday- walk PWP 5.5 miles on hilly terrain
Tuesday- floor exercises missed
Wednesday- walk RL 2.5 miles and mild floor exercises
Thursday- floor exercises and stairs 10x
Friday- rest
Saturday- floor exercised
Sunday- walk RL 2.5 miles
