Same here! I usually come on at night when my snack attack hits. I get motivated and reminded why I am doing this and *usually* the craving is gone!

Oh yeah. For 14 months I have the following routine: Eat every 2-3 hours. While I'm eating I log my intake at mypyramidtracker.gov, then check personal e-mail, then over to 3FC.

I used to pride myself in never being on internet during business hours but this new habit has been a part of my weight loss so not changing anything now!
