Here's my current list (of course, I don't use this entire list at once!!):

Pink - Get the Party Started
Seal - Amazing (great pace for a brisk walk)
Grease - Better Shape Up (I always sing "I better shape up!")
Vickie Sue Robinson - Turn the Beat Around
We The Kings - Check Yes Juliet (a great line about lacing up your shoes and "run baby run")
Lyrics Born - Callin' Out
Lyrics Born - I Like it, I Love It
Galactic & Lyrics Born - I Got It (What You Need)
Johanna Stanley - My Big O (I Can ) - theme from Ruby!
Robert Randolph & the Family Man - Ain't Nothin' Wrong With That - very stompy and funky
SoundMaster T- Too Much Booty in the Pants (I love this song to work out to)
Beyonce - Single Ladies (will I ever get tired of this song??)
Shakira - Waka Waka (Time for Africa)
Lee Coulter - Booty Voodoo (awesome song, awesome local San Diego artist - please support him!!)
Kat DeLuna - Whine UP
Carolina Liar - I'm Not Over (I'm not over...running on the treadmill)
Various Artists - Snakes on a Plane (makes me laugh)
Matchbox 20 - How Far We've Come
Kiki Dee Band - I've Got the Music In Me (one of my all time favorite running songs, has a great beat and it motivates me for some reason)
Amerie - Gotta Work
Weezer - Represent (starts off with some weird Football crowd noise, but turns into a great song)
Sing it Loud - Best Beating Heart
Lacuna Coil - Closer (has a dumb slow beginning, but a great running song, discovered this song on Guitar Hero)
Bonnie Tyler - Holding Out For A Hero (I am the hero!!)
Escape Club - Wild Wild West
Michael Sembello - Maniac (I'm a maniac, maniac...on the ellipti-cal)
Cheeky Girls - The Cheeky Song - just hilarious
Pretty Poison - Catch Me I'm Falling
Samantha Fox - Naughty Girls Need Love Too
Culture Club - I'll Tumble For Ya
Shakira - Hips Don't Lie (I just think of her gorgeous abs the entire song)
Plastilina Mosh - Nino Bomba
Tom Jones - Sex Bomb (Peppermint Jam remix, very fast!)
Bony M - Rasputin (relatively obscure 70s disco band, my parents had the 8 Track when I was a kid, so there is huge nostalgia factor. Definitely a good, fast workout song)
W-O-R-K - Bow Wow Wow in the USA
Miquel Brown - So Many Men
Good Charlotte - I don't Want to be in Love (really good running song)
M.C. Luscious - Boom! I Got Your Boyfriend
Irene Cara - Fame
The TeddyBears - Cobrastyle
Expose - Point of No Return
Wreckx-n-Effect - Rump Shaker
CrushCrushCrush - Paramore
Tag Team - Whoop, There It Is!
Jamiroquai - Canned Heat
Le Tigre - Deceptacon (I love angry grrrl bands)
Okay Go - Here it Goes Again (inspired by their video on the treadmills, the least I can do is walk on them!)
Neneh Cherry - Buffalo Stance
The Killers - When You Were Young (awesome running song)
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Higher Ground (from the Center Stage soundtrack - I love that scene in the movie when they are at a sexy dance class)
Paul Lekakis - Boom Boom Boom Let's Go Back to My Room
Christina Aguillera - Figher Remix
J. J. Fad - Super Sonic (the S is for SUPER!!)
Will.i.am - I Got It From My Mamma
Expose - Come Go With Me
2 In A Room - Wiggle It
Sheila E - Glamorous Life
Stronger - Kanye West
Danny Elfman - The Little Things (from the movie wanted, I love the pace for the second half of the workout, when I'm still walking hard, but starting to cool down)
Missy Elliot - Shake Your Pom Poms
Sonny J - Can't Stop Moving
Baha Men - Move It Like This
KT Tunstall - Hold On
Metro Station - Shake It
Kaiser Chiefs - Never Miss a Beat
Spice Girls - Spice Up Your Life (yes, the Spice Girls, I said it!)
Big City Rock - All of the Above
Ashley Simpson - Lala
Fefe Dobson - Watch Me Move
Kreesha Turner - Bounce With Me (great line about being sweaty)
Remember the Name - Fort Minor

This is ten percent luck, twenty percent skill
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will
Five percent pleasure, fifty percent pain
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!

I have to add the lyrics to this song, which I find so motivating (I think the song is about a relationship, but for me, it's about my old, overweight, unhappy life). It also has a great pace for running (for me).

The Afters
Never Going Back to OK

It's not the end
But it feels like it is
I'm waking up
Like I'm back from the dead
I'm stepping out
And I feel so afraid
But as long as I'm moving it's all right

I feel alive
And it hurts for a change
And looking back and
it's hard to believe
That I was cool
With the days that I wasted
complacent and tasteless
and bored but
That was yesterday

We're never going back to OK
We're never going back to easy
We're never going back to the way it was
We're never going back to OK

This discontent
Like a slap in the face
Of mediocre
I've had enough of this place
This party's over
And I'm moving away from
the frills of you Beverly
Hills but that was
yesterday

We're never going back to OK
We're never going back to easy
We're never going back to the way it was
We're never going back to OK

We're here to stay
This is our time
Our only life
Our chance to live

We're never going back to OK
We're never going back to easy
We're never going back to the way it was
We're never going back to OK
