Ok, so I finally bought the dvd....my question is.......for those of you that do this, how many times a week do you do this? I usually do 2-3 miles 3x a week and was wondering if I should do the dvd 3x a week also on off days?
Definitely walking and doing the DVD inbetween days will yield results...Make sure you do have a day or maybe two of rest if you are feeling overly tired, the tiredness could lead to injury... Good luck keep us posted on your progress
Thank you, I wasn't sure If I was supposed to do it every day for the 30 in addition to my 3 day a week walk/jog or what. From what I've heard it's pretty intense so it's nice to know that doing it 3x a week will yield results.
