Default boot camp - now what

I joined a gym and I also joined the boot camp, the boot camp has a few days left. But now what do I do at the gym to keep up the intensity of the workout that I had from the booth camp?

I would ask the boot camp instructor since he/she knows your fitness level and what is available at your gym.

There must be other classes available at your gym, ask the instructor or the front dest...

Come up with your own routine and start a workout. If you like the boot camp style, you can continue that, or continue it on your own. I assume your gym has cardio equipment, free weights and other exercise equipment. If you haven't arleady, ask for an orientation on the machinery. Most gyms should offer a couple days of orientation where a staff member escorts you around and shows you how to use the different pieces if equipment.

There is so much you can do at the gym on your own without going to a class. Or, join the next bootcamp class and do it again - or join another class, try spinning, or zumba or whatever else they may offer. Try to make friends with some boot camp folks and find a workout buddy.

Well, if your bootcamp is anything like mine, it is broken down into increments during the work out (i.e. warm up/stretching 10 minutes, cardio 20 minutes, focus on a muscle group...etc). So, if you think about it, you really only get about 20-30 minutes of cardio per bootcamp session. Maybe you could do some of the strength training just like in boot camp (ours is arms 2 days a wee and legs 2 days a week with a little abs each day), and then find some cardio you like to do?

Just a suggestion. I am nearing the end of my boot camp contract so I am looking at other options too.
